Design Enterprise Studio
This project involved redesigning the Bridge Club's existing website, focusing on optimisation, UI/UX improvements, and social media growth strategies to attract new members. My responsibilities included: conducting interviews with both members and non-members, developing user personas and journey maps, performing technical audits of the existing website builder, creating priority guides and wireframing, as well as creating social media content and promotional work.
Project Showcase
An overview video demonstrating the complete UX workflow and interactive prototype outcomes, alongside the legacy site comparison.
Discovery & Analysis
Initial evaluation of the legacy platform, gathering on-site member feedback, and mapping a data matrix to isolate core user friction points.
Personas & Journeys
Developing targeted user personas for both members and non-members, mapping step-by-step user journeys to optimise task flow and navigation pathways for different demographics.
Audits & Benchmarking
Conducting technical system audits alongside competitive analysis to establish technical constraints, functional requirements and view other examples of the builder in use.
Information Architecture
Structuring content hierarchy through card sorting workshops and content priority guides to optimise site structure and streamline access to key features.
Wireframes & Figma Prototype
Translating research into low-fidelity structural wireframes and building an interactive high-fidelity prototype in Figma for testing and approval from the club before site implementation.
Social Media
Launched an Instagram channel to expand community reach and attract prospective members. Produced photography and video assets on location, creating high quality posts and a reel.
Site & Social Media Style Guides
Delivered comprehensive handover documentation to ensure long-term maintenance by the club, also creating a detailed social media style guide covering post formats, tone, and brand guidelines.
